Drivloop
Booking Students book themselves

An online booking app for driving schools

Give students your own booking link. They pick an open time, pay for their package and get reminders, inside the rules you set.

Most driving lessons are still booked the slow way: a student calls, you check the book, you call back, they’re in class, you leave a message. An online booking app lets students book themselves, at 10 pm if they want, while you keep control of the rules.

Your own booking page

Every school on Drivloop gets its own booking link. It shows your school name and logo, a short “about” section, your lesson packages and prices, and your instructors. Put the link on your website, your Google Business Profile, your social pages and the bottom of your emails. There is nothing for students to install.

How booking works for a student

  1. The student opens your link and creates an account with their name, email and phone.
  2. They choose a lesson package and pay by card, if you have card payments turned on. You can also let them pay later.
  3. They see the open times for the next few weeks and pick one.
  4. They get an email confirming the lesson, and a reminder before it.

After that, the student can sign in to see upcoming lessons, book the next one, and cancel or move a lesson within your free cancel window. They also see their hours progress and the notes their instructor left after each lesson.

Only times that really work

The booking page doesn’t show a time unless it fits: the instructor is working, isn’t on a day off, doesn’t already have a lesson, and a car is free. On top of that you decide:

Works like an app on any phone

Drivloop runs in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen with one tap, so it opens like an app with its own icon. Students, instructors and owners all use the same Drivloop app and one login; each person lands on their own screens. An Android app is on the way, with iPhone after that.

Paid before the lesson

When you connect Stripe, students pay for their package by card while they book, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. Drivloop takes no cut. Lessons are taken from the package as they’re booked, so you always know how many a student has left. Read more about online lesson payments.

Keeping the phone for people who need it

Online booking doesn’t mean you stop taking calls. You can still book, move or cancel any lesson for a student from the office, and the same rules and clash checks apply. Students who prefer the phone can keep calling; the ones who’d rather tap can book themselves.

Price

Drivloop has three plans, all billed monthly: Starter $99 (up to 2 instructors), Growth $179 (up to 6 instructors) and Pro $249 (unlimited instructors). Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up, and nothing is charged during the trial. There are no setup fees and no contracts, and you can cancel any time from your billing page. Your students and instructors don’t pay anything to use it. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

Questions

Do students need to download an app to book?

No. They open your booking link in any browser. They can add Drivloop to their home screen with one tap if they want it to feel like an app.

Can students pay when they book?

Yes, if you connect Stripe. Students buy a lesson package by card and the money goes to your own Stripe account. You can also allow pay later and mark cash or checks paid.

Can students cancel lessons themselves?

Only inside your rules. You choose how many hours before a lesson they can cancel or move for free, and whether late cancels lose the lesson.

Can I still book lessons for students myself?

Yes. Owners and staff can book, move or cancel any lesson from the calendar.
