Terms of Service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Drivloop (“Drivloop”, “we”, “us”) for the use of the Drivloop website, apps and services at drivloop.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use Drivloop for a driving school, you agree on behalf of that school.
The Service
Drivloop gives driving schools tools to schedule lessons, manage instructors and students, take payments and send reminders. Students use Drivloop to book and manage lessons with their own school. Each school is responsible for its own lessons, prices, policies and relationship with its students.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@drivloop.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
Plans, trials and billing
- Schools may start with a free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is needed to keep using the Service.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you choose the plan. You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, we may remind you and, if it is still unpaid, pause the account until it is paid.
- We may change prices with advance notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period.
Student payments
Schools can take card payments from students through their own Stripe account. Those payments go directly to the school, and the school is responsible for its prices, refunds and taxes. Stripe’s own terms apply to card payments.
Text messages and email
The Service sends lesson-related emails and text messages on behalf of schools. Schools must only add contact details of people who have agreed to receive messages from them, and must honor opt-out requests. Recipients can reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. This includes: breaking the law, sending spam or unwanted messages, uploading content you have no right to share, trying to access other accounts or data, interfering with the Service, or reselling it without our permission.
Your data
Schools own the data they put into Drivloop. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or ask us to delete your data.
Our service
Drivloop, its software and its brand belong to Drivloop. We may improve or change the Service over time. We work to keep the Service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Ending use
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is unpaid, with notice where reasonable.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not make warranties beyond those stated in these terms. Drivloop does not provide driving instruction and is not responsible for lessons, road tests or the conduct of schools, instructors or students.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Drivloop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Drivloop in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the date above. If the changes are significant, we will let schools know. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
