Applies to the Drivloop app on Android, iPhone and the web
You can ask us to delete your Drivloop account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This works the same for school owners, instructors and students.
How to ask
- Email support@drivloop.com from the email address you use to log in to Drivloop.
- Use the subject “Delete my Drivloop account”. Tell us your name and, if you know it, your driving school’s name.
- We reply to confirm it is really you, then delete the account. We aim to finish within 30 days and we email you when it is done.
Students can also ask their driving school to remove them.
What we delete
Your login, your name, email address, phone number, pickup addresses, lesson notes and progress linked to your account.
What we may keep, and for how long
Payment and invoice records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it, as our Privacy Policy explains. Card details are never stored by Drivloop; card payments are handled by Stripe. Copies in automatic backups expire on their own.
If you are a school owner, deleting the school account also closes the school and ends its Drivloop subscription. Please download anything you want to keep first.
